Bucks 110, Trail Blazers 104: Brandon Jennings scored 13 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter and visiting Milwaukee withstood a furious rally to send Portland to its fifth consecutive defeat.

Ersan Ilyasova had a season-high 27 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Bucks completed a 3-1 road trip and registered their third straight victory over the Trail Blazers in the past two seasons.

Rookie Damian Lillard scored 26 points, Wesley Matthews added 21 and LaMarcus Aldridge had 20 and 14 rebounds for Portland, which also dropped its third straight home game.

The Blazers had trimmed a 22-point, third-quarter deficit to eight, but Jennings converted a three-point play for a seemingly commanding 104-88 lead with 3:45 to play. Portland stormed back with a 12-0 run capped by 3-pointers from Lillard and Matthews to get within 104-100 with 44.9 seconds left before the Bucks sealed it with free throws.

Milwaukee used an 18-0 spurt to take a 30-19 lead after one quarter and carried a 62-47 advantage into halftime. Ilyasova scored 12 points in the third as the lead reached 77-55, but Luke Babbitt hit two 3-pointers to trigger an 11-0 run, and Lillard's 3-pointer at the buzzer cut the deficit to 84-76 entering the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Bucks C Larry Sanders was ejected with 3:08 left in the third quarter. He had eight points, five rebounds and three blocks, giving him at least one rejection in 26 straight games. ... Blazers center J.J. Hickson notched his 23rd double-double of the season with 15 points and 12 rebounds. ... Milwaukee improved to 4-0 when scoring at least 60 points in the first half, although it marked the first time it reached 60 in a half since Nov. 17.
