Serge Ibaka had 19 points and eight rebounds and reserves Kevin Martin and Nick Collison scored 16 and 10 points, respectively, as Oklahoma City handed Toronto its second straight home loss following a five-game winning streak at Air Canada Centre.
Alan Anderson came off the bench to score a career-high 27 points and Amir Johnson added 19 and nine rebounds in his first start of the season for the Raptors, who lost for only the third time in 11 games. Jose Calderon had a double-double with 10 points and 11 assists.
The Thunder took control near the midway point of the third quarter. Ibaka and Westbrook scored four points each to spark a 9-0 run that built the lead to double digits. Oklahoma City limited Toronto to one field goal in 5 1/2 minutes during a 16-2 spurt and carried a 78-67 edge into the fourth.
Toronto's bench had sparked its second-quarter comeback. Anderson hit his first six shots and scored 19 points in the quarter, including a personal 9-1 run that gave the Raptors their first lead with just over 5 1/2 minutes to play in the half. A 3-pointer by Thabo Sefolosha sent the Thunder into the break with a 52-50 edge.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Anderson and Johnson missed only one shot between them in the first half and helped Toronto shoot 59.1 percent (13-of-22) in the second quarter, but the Raptors were just 5-of-16 (31.3 percent) in the decisive third quarter. ... Durant (6-for-11) matched his second-fewest shot attempts of the season. He had 15 points on 4-of-11 shooting in a 108-88 win over the Raptors on Nov. 6. ... Johnson started at center in place of Aaron Gray, who was sidelined with the flu. Teammate Linus Kleiza sat out his fourth straight game due to a sore right knee.
