Thompson scored 27 points, David Lee added 22 and 13 rebounds and Jack scored 20 off the bench for Golden State, which has yet to fall on a season-long seven-game road trip.

LeBron James scored 31 points but missed the desperation shot at the buzzer for the Heat, who dropped to 10-2 at home. Chris Bosh collected 21 points and 13 rebounds while Ray Allen and Dwyane Wade scored 14 apiece for Miami.

The Warriors made the first two baskets of the fourth quarter to seize an 81-74 lead before the Heat began to answer. James’ 3-pointer with 7:20 left knotted it at 87-87 and his jumper 41 seconds later gave Miami its first lead of the period.

Golden State battled back to tie it at 95-95 on Lee’s free throws with 1:54 remaining. Both teams missed a pair of go-ahead shots down the stretch before Green’s go-ahead bucket.

Thompson scored 21 points and Lee added 14 and 11 rebounds in the first half as the Warriors claimed a 53-52 lead into the locker room. They led by as many as five points in the third quarter but never managed to put together a big run, settling for a 77-74 edge heading into the final frame.
