Recap

Thunder 92, Pistons 90: Russell Westbrook scored 14 of his 33 points in the fourth quarter and added 10 rebounds as visiting Oklahoma City rallied to knock off Detroit.

Kevin Durant scored 11 of his 26 points in the decisive fourth and Kevin Martin chipped in 13 points off the bench for the Thunder, who overcame a 37 percent shooting performance by going 37-of-42 from the free throw line.

Rodney Stuckey had his best shooting night of the season (7-for-13) and finished with 19 points to lead the Pistons, who dropped to 0-8 to set the franchise record for the worst start to a season.

Detroit led 73-62 heading into the fourth quarter and appeared to be on the verge of its first win against a tired Oklahoma City team that was playing its fourth game in five nights. But the Thunder began the fourth with a 13-0 run and took their first lead since the second quarter when Westbrook drove for a layup with 8:11 to play.

It went back and forth over the next 6:51 until Thabo Sefolosha’s free throws gave Oklahoma City an 86-85 advantage. The Pistons turned it over on the ensuing possession and Durant knocked down a baseline jumper to widen the gap.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Pistons broke the record for team futility previously shared by the 1962-63 and 1980-81 teams, both of which began the season with an 0-7 mark. … The Thunder, who have won five straight overall, have taken eight straight in the series - including two in the last four days. … Detroit C Greg Monroe collected 17 points and six rebounds, ending his streak of four straight double-doubles.
