SPURS 107, SUNS 100: Tim Duncan had 26 points and 11 rebounds as visiting San Antonio pulled away in the fourth quarter for its fifth consecutive victory.

Tony Parker scored 12 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter, including eight in a 10-0 game-breaking spurt, as the Spurs won for the eighth time in nine games.

Shannon Brown scored a career-high 32 points for the Suns, who had their two-game winning streak halted and dropped two games out of eighth place in the Western Conference.

Marcin Gortat added 21 points and 14 boards for Phoenix, which lost for only the third time in its last 13 home games.

Parker hit three straight baskets to ignite a run of 10 unanswered points that carried the Spurs to a 98-87 lead with 5:58 remaining and the Suns never got closer than five points.

Brown scored five points in a 10-0 third-quarter spurt to give Phoenix a 69-64 lead, but the Spurs chipped away and nosed in front 84-83 entering the fourth.

Duncan, who sat out the finale out of back-to-back-to-back on Sunday, came out strong with 11 points in the first quarter and 17 at the half to help the Spurs to a 62-57 lead.

Brown had 19 points in the opening half as both squads shot over 55 percent from the floor.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Suns F Grant Hill sat out the game with inflammation in his right knee. Brown made only his third start of the season in Hill's place. ... The Spurs signed point guard Patty Mills on Tuesday. Mills, who was with Portland the past two seasons, played in China this season. He will replace T.J. Ford, who retired earlier this month.
