SUNS 108, CAVALIERS 83: Marcin Gortat scored 22 points, including the game’s first 10, and Phoenix never trailed to extend Cleveland’s home misery.

Markieff Morris had 22 points and Shannon Brown had 16, both off the bench, as the Suns led 59-38 at the half and weren’t threatened in the second half. None of the starters played the fourth quarter and the Suns return home following a 2-2 road trip.

Gortat, who averages 15.8 points, nearly had that by the end of the first quarter. He made his first five attempts to give the Suns a 10-0 lead just 3:12 into the game and finished the quarter with 12 points.

Kyrie Irving had 16 points and six rebounds, but also turned it over five times. Antawn Jamison had just two points, but injured his leg during the game, although it isn’t considered serious. The Cavaliers have lost eight of their last nine home games.
