SPURS 89, HORNETS 86: DeJuan Blair scored 23 points to lead visiting San Antonio to its third consecutive win.

All-Star point guard Tony Parker returned to the lineup after a one-game absence and added 12 points and 10 assists as the Spurs won for the sixth time in seven games.

Stephen Jackson had 14 points and Tim Duncan scored six of his 13 points in the fourth quarter to help San Antonio beat the Hornets for the third straight time and hand them their league-worst 21st home loss.

Jarrett Jack scored 27 points to pace New Orleans, which took its last lead on Marco Belinelli's jumper to make it 86-85 with 1:32 to play.

Duncan's tip-in 13 seconds later put the Spurs ahead for good and Danny Green buried a jumper to make it 89-86 with 41 seconds left.

Carl Landry, playing for the first time since Feb. 4, added 15 points for the Hornets, who fell to 8-25 in games decided by 10 points or fewer.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Spurs guard Manu Ginobili did not accompany the team to New Orleans because of a hip problem. It's the 28th game he has missed this season. ... Hornets forward Jason Smith served the first of his two-game suspension for barreling into Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin. ... New Orleans was without C Chris Kaman (illness) and Trevor Ariza (ankle), but Landry returned after missing 23 games with a knee injury. Gustavo Ayon started for Kaman and grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.
