GRIZZLIES 110, WARRIORS 92: Rudy Gay had 26 points and 12 rebounds to lead visiting Memphis past Golden State for its fifth consecutive victory.
The Grizzlies have now won 11 of 13 overall and five in a row over the Warriors.
Marc Gasol had 17 points and 12 rebounds for Memphis. Marreese Speights had 18 points and seven rebounds and O.J. Mayo added 16 off the bench. Mike Conley notched 12 assists.
Monta Ellis led Golden State with 16 points but finished 7 of 19 from the field. Stephen Curry came off the bench to score 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting while reserve Klay Thompson scored 16 as Golden State's bench had 52 points.
The Warriors were 8 of 18 on 3-pointers but were outrebounded 47-39. Memphis also had a 32-5 edge on fast-break points, including a 22-2 advantage on the break in the first half.
Gay and Speights helped the Grizzlies pull away in the third quarter and they coasted through the fourth as Golden State struggled to find its rhythm.
The Warriors were coming off their highest-scoring game of the season, a 120-100 victory over Washington. Golden State shot a season-best 65.2 percent (15 of 23) from 3-point range in that one.
After trailing by as many as 17, the Warriors went up on a nifty alley-oop play from Curry to Ellis. The Grizzlies used a 14-7 run to close out the second quarter for a 56-51 halftime lead.
Lee and Dorell Wright sat for the second quarter as Golden State coach Mark Jackson used his bench extensively.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Wright was scoreless in six minutes. Dominic McGuire had four points and four rebounds in 14 minutes while starting for Curry. ... The Warriors recalled Jeremy Tyler from the NBA Development prior to the game. He was sent down Feb. 27 and played five games with Dakota. ...
