James scored 17 in the fourth quarter and Miami rallied from an 18-point deficit, but Harris ended the remarkable comeback.
James also had 10 rebounds, six assists and three blocks for the Heat, who had won all nine games during the streak by double digits and scored at least 100 in eight of them.

Dwyane Wade had 31 points and six rebounds for the Heat (28-8). Shane Battier scored a season-high 18, making first his six 3-pointers, and adding four blocks.

Al Jefferson led the Jazz (17-18) with 20 points. C.J. Miles scored 14, Harris had 13, Gordon Hayward 12 and Enes Kanter chipped in 11 points and six rebounds.

Utah led 74-56 with just over three minutes left in the third quarter before James led a 15-4 run to close to 78-71 as the fourth quarter began.

James dominated in the fourth, scoring the first eight points. He made a 17-footer, got a rebound then made a 21-foot shot, tying the score at 88 with 4:48 remaining. Al Jefferson answered twice, giving the Jazz a 92-90 lead with 2:55 to go. Harris drew a foul on Wade from behind the 3-point line and made two of three free throws for a 94-92 lead.

James then came through with a 3-pointer and another shot just inside the arc for a 97-94 Heat edge with 26.1seconds  to go.

Jefferson tipped in Miles' miss for a 97-96 Miami lead. Wade made one of two free throws with 14.1 seconds left.

But Harris hung a floater and converted the three-point play for a 99-98 Jazz lead with 4.5 seconds remaining, and Udonis Haslem missed at the buzzer.

Miami’s Chris Bosh missed the game to attend his grandmother’s funeral. … Jazz guard Raja Bell (strained adductor) missed his fifth straight game and likely will be out Saturday against Dallas. Utah point guard Jamaal Tinsley also sat out with a stomach virus. … The Jazz had a 29-13 rebounding edge at halftime, including 15-3 on the offensive glass. … Miami is 8-18 all-time at Utah.
