Russell Westbrook added 27 points and 12 assists for the Thunder, who have won four of five, improved to 7-1 in overtime games and swept the season series for the second straight year.
Lou Williams scored 13 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter and Jrue Holiday added 22 and eight assists as the 76ers lost for just the second time in eight games.
The Thunder had a 106-105 lead in overtime before Durant curled up to the foul line and drained a jumper with 80 seconds left. After Philadelphia missed three potential tying shots from the arc, Westbrook drained a pull-up jumper from the top of the key with 22 seconds remaining to close out the scoring.
Williams scored nine straight Philadelphia points to give the Sixers a 101-96 lead with 2:18 left in regulation. But Durant sank a short baseline jumper with 36 seconds left and hit a 3-pointer from the left wing after coming off a screen with 6.2 seconds to play to force overtime.
