Cardinals 10, Brewers 1: Allen Craig had a three-run double in a six-run second inning and added an RBI triple as visiting St. Louis completed a four-game sweep.

Jaime Garcia (4-1) won his third straight start, giving up one run on eight hits in eight innings, and Matt Holliday belted a two-run shot and had three RBIs as the Cardinals won their sixth consecutive game.

Carlos Gomez extended his hitting streak to 12 games and scored the only run for Milwaukee, which allowed at least six runs in each game of the series en route to its fifth straight defeat.

Brewers starter Marco Estrada (2-2) lasted only 3 1/3 innings and was tagged for eight runs on six hits. He allowed a career-high five walks, including three and a hit batsmen during the decisive second inning. 

Shane Robinson and Holliday drew two-out walks to force in the first two runs before Craig cleared the bases with a double down the left-field line and scored on Yadier Molina's single. Holliday's two-run shot in the fourth made it 8-0.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cardinals CF Jon Jay had his fourth straight two-hit game of the series and SS Pete Kozma went 2-for-5 and has hit safely in 13 of his last 14 games. ... Estrada had never walked more than three batters in a game in his six seasons, but he issued four free passes by the time he had faced only 12 batters. ... The teams wore throwback uniforms to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Brewers' 1913 American Association championship.
