The Dodgers built a 2-0 lead on an RBI single by former Angel Bobby Abreu in the first inning and Dee Gordon's run-scoring groundout in the second. The Angels quickly knotted the contest as Erick Aybar drew a one-out walk in the bottom of the frame and Bourjos followed with his second home run of the year.
Pujols put the Angels ahead in the fifth with an RBI single, but Adam Kennedy plated fellow former Angel Juan Rivera with a sacrifice fly in the sixth to make it 3-3.
