Rangers 8, Indians 3: Jurickson Profar homered in his first career at-bat and Adrian Beltre went deep for the eighth time in 11 games as visiting Texas banged out 15 hits to take two of three from Cleveland.
Daniel Murphy collected three hits and joined Josh Hamilton and Beltre with solo shots in the fifth inning for the Rangers, who won for the 11th time in 15 games. Elvis Andrus also had three hits and scored on Michael Young's RBI double as American League West-leading Texas stayed three games ahead of Oakland, which defeated Boston later on Sunday.

Playing in place of Ian Kinsler (back), the 19-year-old Profar deposited a 2-1 offering from Zach McAllister (5-6) over the wall in right field to ignite a four-run third inning.
Profar, who is the first player born in 1993 to play in a major-league game, added a double in his second at-bat and finished 2-for-4.
Carlos Santana belted a two-run homer and Thomas Neal recorded his first career hit with an RBI double for the Indians.
