Blue Jays 4, Royals 1:
Kelly Johnson and Jose Bautista hit home runs and Brandon Morrow turned in a strong start as the Blue Jays finished off a four-game sweep and the Royals remained winless in 10 home games this season. 

Johnson homered in the first inning and Bautista put the Blue Jays ahead for good with a two-run shot in the sixth. 

Morrow (1-1) scattered seven hits over 6 2/3 innings, limiting the Royals to one run on a home run by Eric Hosmer in the second.

Francisco Cordero pitched a scoreless ninth for his second save since taking over the closer's role when Sergio Santos went on the disabled list with right shoulder inflammation.

Royals starter Bruce Chen (0-2) remained winless despite another quality start. He allowed three runs on six hits over seven innings. 

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Royals will not return home to Kauffman Stadium until May 3, when they open a four-game series agains the Yankees. … Toronto's Luis Perez pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings. Perez entered the day as one of three relievers in the majors with 10 or more innings pitched and a 0.00 ERA. … The Blue Jays turned two double plays in the game, giving them nine for the series and raising their major league-leading total to 26.
