Cody Ross homered and drove in three runs as the San Francisco Giants completed a three-game sweep of the visiting Colorado Rockies with a 3-0 win on Sunday.
Ryan Vogelsong improved to 2-0 with 6 1/3 innings of scoreless one-hit ball. Brian Wilson worked the ninth inning for his 11th save of the season.
The Giants have won five of their last six, while Colorado has lost 12 of its last 19 games after an 11-2 start. San Francisco has now moved to within one game of first place in the National League West.
Ross, who spent the first three weeks of the season on the disabled list, improved his average from .213 to .240 after going 2-for-3 with a walk.
Ross drove in Pat Burrell with a single in the fourth before driving in two with his first home run of the campaign in the sixth.
Colorado starter Jorge De La Rosa (4-1) allowed three runs on four hits while striking out seven with five walks over six innings.
