Jose Bautista hit home runs in three consecutive at-bats as the visiting Toronto Blue Jays extended their season-best win streak to five games with an 11-3 victory over the Minnesota Twins Sunday afternoon.
 
Bautista, who leads the majors with 16 home runs, belted solo shots in the third and fourth innings, then hit a two-run blast in the sixth. He finished with five home runs in the series.

Jose Molina added three hits and an RBI and Aaron Hill had two hits and two RBIs for the Jays (20-20).
 
Brandon Morrow (2-2) gave up three runs on five hits over five innings for the victory.
 
Trevor Plouffe had an RBI double and scored twice for the Twins (12-26), who have lost eight straight for the first time since July of 2003.
 
Twins starter Brian Duensing (2-3) gave up seven runs on eight hits in three innings.
 
Hill’s two-out, two-run double gave Toronto the lead in the top of the first inning. Yunel Escobar added a two-out RBI double in the second.
 
The Jays scored four runs in the third for an 8-0 lead. Bautista homered, John McDonald hit a two-run single and later scored on Molina’s single.
