Recap

Host Baltimore rallied for two runs in the 13th to beat Seattle 7-6 on Tuesday night and snap a four-game skid.

Matt Wieters' single to center scored Felix Pie with the game-winner, ending a wild game that featured 34 hits by previously struggling lineups. Jeremy Accardo (2-0), the sixth Baltimore pitcher, got the win.

After the Mariners grabbed the lead on Mike Wilson's RBI single in the top of the 13th, the Orioles strung together four hits off Mariners closer Brandon League (0-2)

The Orioles kept the game tied in the 12th by executing a perfect relay to nail Miguel Olivo at the plate.

Baltimore had a chance to win in the ninth, but J.J. Hardy was thrown out at home trying to score on Nick Markakis’ single.

Baltimore mustered three runs off Mariners rookie phenom Michael Pineda, yet trailed 4-3 heading to the eighth. Derrek Lee walked to start a rally, and Luke Scott and Adam Jones delivered RBI singles.

Seattle’s Justin Smoak, newly installed as the No. 3 hitter, tied the game 5-5 with a two-out, ninth-inning RBI hit off Kevin Gregg.
