Recap

Alex Rios homered and had three RBIs and Andruw Jones also homered as the Chicago White Sox snapped a three-game skid with a 6-1 victory over the Seattle Mariners on Monday night.
 
Omar Vizquel and Gordon Beckham each drove in a run for Chicago, which opened a six-game West Coast road trip.

Rios had a sacrifice fly in the third inning before smacking his 16th homer of the campaign in the fifth inning off starter David Pauley

Daniel Hudson (1-0) earned the win after allowing one run on five hits in 6 2/3 innings. He had six strikeouts and four walks.
