*gotta figure Kiffin has been working on this one for awhile.......
USC's is limited to 75 scholarship players (versus the normal 85). My understanding is that they are currently one under their limit (74), which means they have one scholarship to give. Given that USC is anorexically thin at RB, burning that scolarship on Silas Redd would seem to be a pretty wise move on Kiffin's part. It should also bring a smile to the faces of USC futures bettors should this indeed come to fruition.

unconfirmed reports from fox sports that he's gone....owes nothing to PSU...in fact they let him down...teammates, well maybe however players leave their teammates all the time to go to pros early and they actually don't care as much as they might lead on....needs to do what's best for him and his family...can't fault the guy...as far as PSU at 110th in points scored last year exactly how much worse can they get 120th (ok maybe 124th now with UTSA and others) and some kid, his name escapes me now, had a good spring...no surprise if PSU does better than 19.3 (110th) in points this year and can't do much worse
