Yes yes, bomb it. The Spurs will rest tomorrow and will aim to win their last road trip game against DEN on Thurs instead. They have a better chance of winning the DEN game instead of this one. POR tough at home, will easily cover this spread.

I like Portland too but your reasoning that they r just going to rest and tank this game is well..... stupid

Let me get this straight, you think that an NBA team is going to get together before the game and decide that they are going to take it easy for this game because they are pretty sure they have a better chance at winning the next one in Denver? Yeah dude, go with that theory...

Portland got smacked last time these 2 played, now they are in Portland after an embarrassing performance against the Lakers last night, the Spurs are beat up, on a long road trip that is winding down and this run has to end sometime right? 88% of the public on the Spurs, I'll take the Blazers at home.

Man, I'm a spurs fan and to say that that reasoning is stupid, well you don't know their coach really well. Pop doesn't mind exchanging a (maybe) loss for rest to his older players.
I tell you Duncan won't play 38 minutes tonight. Then who'll be there to man the frontline, Bonner and Blair. Bonner said yesterday that he was exhausted playing lots of minutes against Utah. O by the way they have a newly signed D-League Player, Dawson, maybe he's a Lin and will have a breakout game. If that's the case, I'll take my loss here.
In the end, It'll be more like of the Spurs bench vs Portland's starters game. I'd gladly take on the blazers at this spot. I didn't exactly say the Spurs will tank the game, but instead the Spurs will give more minutes to their bench vs the Blazers starters. Let's see later what happens.

Who's stupid now? Even if SAS covered this spread, I'm okay with the fact that I called this game right. I know that we have a great chance of Popovich sitting his older players.

Was a great call, had this one marked too. Value gone now, but -4 on POR was a steal, especially after they won yesterday in a tough game.
