Tigers -101 Love the number here for the Tigers, with Fulmer on the hill today and Cabrera possibly getting back into the lineup. I like this spot for them, cause the Rays are coming home from a dissapointing road trip (1-6), and the tigers are in the middle of their 9 game road trip with a start of 2-3.
OVER 9 Bal v Cinci - This is going to be a meatball fest, as both pitchers Arroyo and Jiminez both have ERA's respectively around 9 and 10. Combine that with the power in both of these lineups...heads up in the bleachers!!!!
Mets -165 The Phillies just flat out STINK, and have been reeling...but so have the mets you say. But the mets are coming back home to a place where they have been known to smack the ball around. Wheeler is gonna wheel and then deal today.
Dodgers -165 I know the Rockies are battling for first place in the division and are 3 games ahead of the Dodgers, and I also know Ryu hasn't gotten off to his best start...look for that to change today against the streaky dodgers.
St Louis -135 Leake owns that behind against the Pirates, and I know Pittsburgh was riding a winning streak coming into Busch Stadium, but history suggests that the Cards will continue their winning record at home vs the Buccos who have lost 4 straight in Cardinal land.
Good Luck my disciples, more plays to come later in the day.

I almost forgot the most important lesson for todays scripture:
DBACKS -121 Even though the Padres are heading home today after opening their season with just one day off on a long road trip. This is one of those spots where I don't think the Padres can physically get up and stay up for the first game in this series, Cosart has trouble at home and hasn;t really had much game experience this year, his only start (he pitched well) but he only threw 70 pitches.

I agree 100% with this play. Even with Shelby Miller taking the hill tonight...
Padres finished their game last night in ATL around 10-1030, to travel cross country over night and sleep on the plane. Whereas the Dbacks were already in SoCal last night, picking up a big win against the Dodgers. The Snakes are also far superior on offense. Padres woes continue tonight. I can see ARI -1.5 being a wise play this evening on top of them winning ML.
Also liking STL with Leake on the mound over PITT.

Thanks for all the responses guys - your feedback is key. Adding a play, the books may have me fooled on this one, but it's important when you bet baseball to consider more than just the pitching matchup - Stroman is their ace, BUT the bo Sox are tearing the cover off the damn ball right now; this could be a kill a blue jay with one stone situation.... amiright???

Last add of the night for the MLB -- gonna do a late night special for you guys, and I dont usually do this so follow closely.
What I'm going to do is parlay the Mariners(-105), who are looking for their 5th straight win -- Cano's bat seems like it has finally woken up from hibernation (not totally sure if he hibernates, but it seems like that could be the case IMO) AND im gonna take the UNDER (7) in the Texas v Oakland game - both of these teams seemingly couldnt hit a damn beach ball with a tennis racket (given the opportunity).

Although, its not looking good for the mets as they just blew a late lead and are currently get b itched out in the 10th - if the mets are favorites tomorrow, lets slam the phillies. Im gonna go ahead and count this one as a loss already.
