Saturday Final Plays:
1st Set (12:00 - 12:30 EST)
Baylor (+5.5) vs. Oklahoma 1 Unit
Action play here for me. Lingering injuries for the playmakers on OU's offense. Even though Shepard is a go, I feel he will still be bothered enough to affect his play. IMO Baylor is trending in the right direction at the moment with everyone finally getting healthy.
Syracuse (+4) vs. Duke 1 Unit
Public will bite at this line. Cuse has not done much this season; however, the one thing they have done well is play top-tier teams tough (ex. N.D. 31-15, FSU 38-20 & Clemson 16-6). I see nothing going different here. Duke is alright but nothing impressive. Cuse will be playing their last home game against a Top 25 team, just call this their bowl game. The Orange should be ready!
Penn State (-6.5) vs. Indiana 1 Unit
Zander Diamont is absolutely terrible. Nuff said, moving on...
2nd Set (3:30 EST)
*POD* Arizona State ML (-140) vs. Notre Dame 5 Units
ASU catches the Irish on their last of 3 consecutive road games. That is tough for any team, especially with the last being in Tempe. ASU riding momentum into this week from last week's OT win against Utah. Taylor Kelly should finally settle in after two games back and I am buying into this team. The Irish gave up 39 points to Navy last week and I am seeing some late mistakes in this game from Golson.
Texas (+3) vs. West Virginia 1 Unit
The Mountaineers do not matchup well against Texas. Like in recent years, WVU starts the season on fire then fade late. I think you can apply the case here. If Swoopes can find a way to play a decent game, Longhorns should win.
Kansas (+3.5) vs. Iowa State 1 Unit
Good spot for them. Next three games after this week to end the season: TCU, OU, & KSU. Right now, riding a 5-game losing streak, I think they know that this is a must win game or they will be going out on a 9-game losing streak. The Jayhawks offense is really not that terrible. Live dog at home, please sign me up. Both coaching staffs are really familiar with each other so it should be a really tight game.
Will be watching how my first two sets of plays turn out before locking up my late primetime plays. Great set of games today for us college football fans. Let me know what you guys think!
Good Luck to Everyone!
