NFL Week 8: San Francisco 49ers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (+10.5) in London, England

Past history: This is just the fourth meeting between the teams since Jacksonville joined the league in 1995. The Jaguars are 2-1 SU, but just 1-2 ATS. All three games have gone under the total.

Early look at the 49ers:
This is Colin Kaepernick’s squad from the outset this year and they have added weapons on both sides of the ball for him. Only the Broncos are given a better chance to win the Super Bowl than the Niners (+600).

Early look at the Jaguars:
They have an owner with vision and bottomless pockets. That’s a good start. Now all they need is some talent outside of Maurice Jones-Drew. It’s a long painful road they are on. Their season win total of five is the lowest posted in the league, so they clearly have a long way left to go.

Where this line could move: Ownership is trying to make Jacksonville England’s team. It won’t be easy to make anyone love this squad. They have a real look at 0-7 heading into this one. If that happens - or even 2-5 or worse - the the line could grow. It’s unlikely to exceed two touchdowns, but 13.5 is certainly in play.
