Rafael Nadal extended his hard-court record to 16-0 this season after winning the title in Cincinnati over the weekend.

The run of play has Nadal in great form on hard courts as we head into the final Grand Slam of the tennis calendar - the US Open.

The Open starts on August 26 and odds on Nadal have moved to +250 to win the men's draw in New York.

On the women's side, Serena Williams is the favorite but is coming off a tough loss in the final of the Western & Southern Open to Victoria Azarenka.

Serena took the first set, but Azarenka battled back and took the title with a 2-6, 6-2, 7-6 victory in Cincinnati.

Still, Serena has never fared well in Cincinnati and is 60-4 thus far on the season.
