MLB weather: 'Over' wind at Wrigley, also rain

Howling winds will sweep through many of baseball's parks Thursday with rain on the way in some spots too. The dome is expected to be closed at the Rogers Center in Toronto with rain in the forecast there.

Here's Thursday's MLB weather report:

Texas Rangers vs. Chicago Cubs (n/a)
Site: Wrigley Field

Thundershowers are in the forecast, with a 95 percent chance of rain with winds blowing out to center field at 16 mph.

New York Mets vs. Colorado Rockies (n/a)
Site: Coors Field

Skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures will be in the low-30s. Winds will blow in from left field at 13 mph. The over was 10-4 in 2012 at Coors Field when the wind blew in from left field.

Boston Red Sox vs. Cleveland Indians (+130, 7.5)
Site: Progressive Field

A 41 percent chance of rain along with a chance of thunderstorms with winds of 16 mph blowing out to center field. Games saw an average of 10.58 runs last season at Progressive Field when the wind blew out to center between 10-20 mph.

Arizona Diamondbacks vs. New York Yankees (-117, 8.5)
Site: Yankee Stadium

Slight chance of rain by 8:00 p.m. ET and winds will blow at 12 mph in from right field.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Baltimore Orioles (+114, 7.5)
Site: Camden Yards

Winds will blow out to left field at 14 mph.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Philadelphia Phillies (-102, 7.5)
Site: Citizens Bank Park

Cloudy skies and temperatures in the low-60s. Winds will blow out to left-center at 6 mph.

Atlanta Braves vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (+115, 8)
Site: PNC Park

Winds will be blowing in from right field at 14 mph. The under cashed in both games with that wind last year with an average of just five runs combined in those games.

Miami Marlins vs. Cincinnati Reds (-160, 7.5)
Site: Great American Ball Park

Winds will blow in from right field at 15 mph.
