Oilers agree to two-year deal with Pakarinen

The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms on a two-year entry-level contract with winger Iiro Pakarinen.

Pakarinen, 22, had 20 goals, 10 assists and 32 penalty minutes in 60 games with HIFK Helsinki of Finland's Liiga this season.

Pakarinen represented Finland at the 2014 World Hockey Championship. He had three goals, two penalty minutes and a plus-8 rating in 10 games as Finland won the silver medal.

He also played for Finland in the 2010 and '11 World Junior Hockey Championship.

The Florida Panthers drafted Pakarinen in the seventh round in 2011.
