FSU's Winston will not be charged, Heisman odds jump up

With the news that Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston will not be charged in the alleged rape of a fellow student, his odds to win the Heisman trophy increased dramatically.

At, Winston has gone from -2,000 to a -3,000 fave to win the award for college football's most outstanding player. The player with the next best odds is Northern Illinois QB Jordan Lynch at +800.

Winston and FSU are now set to play Duke and the ACC title game, where the Seminoles are 29-point favorites and with a win will secure their spot in the BCS national championship, where they are -300 faves to win it all.

If Winston had been charged with a felony, FSU's code of conduct mandated Winston to be immediately suspended from the team until the case is resolved.

i'm shocked...the best part was ESPN fading out of the press conference right as the lawyer was asked who's paying his fees....the university is not paying my fees and they faded the boosters are and probably paid for winston's apartment too...three male witnesses probably all on the football way their testimony wouldn't be biased!
