1* Milwaukee (7:05 ET): The Bucks continue to cover at a 70% clip this season, owning a 21-9-1 ATS record. Therefore, I think they're a pretty good value taking points Monday against a Charlotte side that's been mostly unimpressive all season. This is also a revenge spot for the visitors for a 108-101 home loss (as 6-pt favorites) last Tuesday....
Since beating Milwaukee last week, the Hornets have dropped B2B games. They were blown out in Oklahoma City, then lost outright at home to lowly Orlando as six-point favorites. That line was probably too high to begin with and the fact is that there probably aren't many teams Charlotte should be favored against right now. They're 6-7 ATS as chalk so far this year, including 1-4 as a home favorite of 3.5 to 6 pts.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee is a perfect 4-0 ATS this year as a road dog of 3.5 to 6 pts. That's part of a larger 16-7 ATS record when taking points overall. In last week's matchup, the Bucks turned it over 20 times, which somewhat negated a 25-2 edge in fast break points. Charlotte was also in the midst of a four straight wins and a five-game stretch of topping 100 points. The Bobcats are a team you can't count on to score much as they average only 95.7 PPG for the year. Take the points, that's my recommendation here. 1* Milwaukee
