MLB weather watch: Snow in Minnesota and Colorado

Both Coors Field and Target Field have seen games postponed this season due to snow. More of the white stuff is coming Monday to Minnesota and Colorado.

Here is the rest of Monday's MLB weather report:

Oakland Athletics vs. Boston Red Sox (-125, 8.5)
Site: Fenway Park

Forecasts are calling for temperatures in the mid-40s and winds will blow from right to left at 13 mph. The Red Sox were 2-7 in 2012 when the wind blew right to left at Fenway Park.

Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Philadelphia Phillies (-105, 8.5)
Site: Citizens Bank Park

Forecasts are projecting temperatures in the low-50s and winds will blow from right to left at 13 mph. The over was 8-4 in 2012 at Citizens Bank Park when the wind blew from right to left.

Miami Marlins vs. Minnesota Twins (-148, 8)
Site: Target Field

Forecasts are calling for temperatures in the low-40s with a 98 percent chance of rain/snow.

Atlanta Braves vs. Colorado Rockies (+111, 10)
Site: Coors Field

Denver is also expecting snow on Monday. Weather models are predicting temperatures around the freezing mark and a 70 percent chance of a rain/snow mix. The wind will blow in from center field at 14 mph.
