Lakers' Gasol suffers setback; Kobe has flu

Los Angeles Lakers forward Pau Gasol experienced soreness in his injured right foot Saturday after participating in a workout at the Lakers training facility and will have his foot re-examined Sunday by a specialist.

Gasol, who has been out with a torn plantar fascia in his foot since Feb. 5, was hoping to return at some point this week, possibly as soon as Sunday against the Kings.

Kobe Bryant only played 12 minutes on his badly sprained ankle Friday night and is listed as doubtful. Bryant also Tweeted Saturday he was dealing with the flu.

The Lakers are 8.5-point favorites Sunday night and oddsmakers have set the total at 212.5.

Bryant is worth as many as four points to the Lakers spreads.
