Judge reserves decision until Friday in NJ case

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Shipp reserved judgment until Friday in the lawsuit by the NCAA and the four major pro sports leagues against the state of New Jersey to halt legalized sports betting in the state.

The judge heard over an hour of arguments from both sides in court Tuesday about whether the leagues have legal standing in their suit. Shipp said he'll offer a written decision this Friday.
