Redskins' RG3, Cowboys' Claiborne out Sunday

The Washington Redskins announced late Saturday QB Robert Griffin III (knee) won't start on Sunday at Cleveland. A team source told NFL.com's Albert Breer this morning tRG3 won't even suit up for the contest and serve as backup.

The line has jumped from Browns -1 to as high as Cleveland -3.5 at some offshores since word got out that Kirk Cousins will be under center for the Skins. Rex Grossman will serve as the backup.

The Dallas Cowboys are not expecting to have cornerback Morris Claiborne for their crucial matchup with the Steelers on Sunday afternoon. A team source said Claiborne failed the necessary concussion tests late Saturday. The rookie sustained the concussion and a bloody lip in last Sunday's victory over the Bengals.

Most Vegas shops have the Steelers listed anywhere from 1 to 2.5-point faves, while some offshores are currently dealing Cowboys -1.
