Rebekkah Brunson contributed 13 points and nine rebounds to help the Lynx complete a sweep of the best-of-five series.
Candice Wiggins scored 10 points off the bench for Minnesota, which had the league's best record (27-7) during the regular season.
Angel McCoughtry scored a game-high 22 points and Erika De Souza had 11 and 15 boards for Atlanta, which lost in the finals for the second straight year.
