Chicago Bears (4-4 SU, 4-4 ATS) vs San Francisco 49ers (3-5 SU, 5-2-1 ATS)

Line/Total:  We opened the 49ers -3 and so far the majority of the action is on the 49ers.  With nearly 60% of the early action on the favorite, we've gone to 3.5 on this game tonight.  As for the total, we opened 43.5 and are currently dealing that number.

Key Injuries:  Bears - S Kevin Payne has been downgraded to doubtful.  CB Charles Tillman has been upgraded to probable.  RB Garrett Wolfe is expected to miss.  SS Al Afalava is listed questionable.
49ers - RB Frank Gore is listed probable.  TE Vernon Davis, S Michael Lewis, RB Michael Robinson, S Curtis Taylor, CB Tarell Brown, OG David Baas, TE Delanie Walker have all been upgraded to probable.  WR Isaac Bruce is questionable.  RB Glen Coffee, OT Joe Staley and DE Demetric Evans are all expected to miss.

Comments:  Earlier in the season, this matchup looked like it was between two potential playoff teams.  That is definitely not the case anymore.  Both teams started the season 3-1, but since those promising starts each team has struggled and find themselves in a must win game tonight.  For the Bears, they've struggled on both sides of the ball, but most significantly on defense.  Other than their win over the hapless Browns, this team has allowed an average of 35.6 points a game in their 3 losses.  The Bears are 1-3 ATS in their last 4 games and their one cover was against the lowly Browns.  The 49ers have been worse, losing 4 straight and only covering once in those 4 games.

Prop of the Game:  Alex Smith (49ers) Total Completions - 18

South Florida (6-2, 3-3 ATS) vs Rutgers (6-2 SU, 3-5 ATS)

Line/Total:  We opened South Florida -1 and booked wise action on Rutgers +1 on Monday morning.  We went straight to Rutgers -1 off that action and have settled on Rutgers -2.5.  So far we have even action on this game.  As for the total, we opened 45.5 and haven't moved off that number.  We've booked a bit more money on the over, but not enough to move off our opening number.

Injury Report:  USF - LB Kion Wilson is questionable.  CB Tyson Butler is out for the year.  WR Carlton Mitchell is doubtful.  RB Aston Samuels is listed questionable.
Rutgers - RT Desmond Stapleton has been downgraded to doubtful.  OG Caleb Ruch and FS Zaire Kitchen have both been upgraded to probable.  DB Joe Lefeged, DB Khaseem Greene and LB Marcus Witherspoon are all listed questionable.

Comments:  After two miserable games against Cincy and Pitt (4 Interceptions, 1 TD pass), USF quarterback B.J. Daniels made all the right plays in their upset win against West Virginia last week.  Daniels threw for 232 yards, three touchdowns, and even more impressive, no INTs.  Rutgers also got great play from their QB two weeks ago, as Tom Savage threw for 236 yards, 3 touchdowns and no INTs as the Scarlet Knights scored a surprising upset win at UConn.  Savage has 8 TD passes and only 1 INT on the season.

Prop of Game: Tim Brown (Rutgers) Total Receiving Yards - 90.5

Cleveland Cavs (5-3 SU, 4-4 ATS) vs Miami Heat (6-1 SU, 6-1 ATS)

Line/Total:  We opened the Cavs -1, but have since made the game a pick'em.  While all the early action is on the Cavs, we booked sharp action on the Heat +1 earlier this morning and moved to a pick based  on that sharp action.  As for the total, we opened 181.5 but are currently using 180.5.

Key Injuries:  Cavs - G Delonte West is listed questionable.
Heat - No injuries to report.

Comments:  The Cavs got a big win last night, gaining a bit of revenge against the Magic, who upset the Cavs last year in the Eastern Conference Finals.  That win and cover makes the Cavs 3-1 both SU and ATS on the road.  But in back to back situations, the Cavs are 1-2 ATS.  Starters LeBron James played 39 of a possible 48 minutes.  Mo Williams played 42 of 48 minutes.  Have to consider how fresh the legs are for Cavs coming into this game.  The Heat are off a monster performance from Dwayne Wade on Tuesday vs the Wizards.  Wade had 41 points, 5 rebs and 5 assists.  The Cavs were 3-1 SU and 2-2 ATS last year vs the Heat.

Prop of the Game:  Dwyane Wade (Heat) Total Made Free Throws - 9.5 u-130

Phoenix Suns (8-1 SU, 6-3 ATS) vs LA Lakers (6-1 SU, 2-5 ATS)

Line/Total:  We opened the Lakers 7.5 point favorites and we're currently using that number.  So far the early action is on the Suns, with about 65% of the action on the dog.  But it's very early in the day and I believe money will show up for the Lakers by the time this game goes off.  As for the total, we opened 218.5 and have booked some sharp action on the over.  With sharp money and public money on the over, we've moved it a full 3 points to 221.5.

Key Injuries:  Suns - no injuries to report
Lakers - C Andrew Bynum and DJ Mbenga are both listed
probable.  F Pau Gasol is expected to miss.

Comments:  This is a real bad scheduling spot for the Suns.  It's their 4th game in 5 nights, which means they'll be playing on back to back nights for the second time in 3 days.  After their 5 game eastern swing that concluded with a win and cover at Philadelphia on Monday, the Suns played last night at home against the Hornets.  After an easy win and cover, they hit the road again to take on the Lakers.  As for the Lakers, they're very well rested.  Their last game was on Sunday,
giving them plenty of time to practice and prepare for this Suns team.  The Lakers were 3-1 SU and 2-2 ATS vs the Suns last year.

Prop of the Game:  Amare Stoudemire (Suns) Total Points+Rebounds - 29
