Pittsburgh Steelers at Denver Broncos

Line/total: We opened Steelers -3 (even), Broncos +3 (-120). While the majority of the money so far is on the Steelers, we went to
2.5 flat yesterday due marketplace also dealing 2.5.

With nearly 70 percent of the action on the Steelers, I believe we'll be going to 2.5 -115 on the Steelers later today and will eventually close Steelers -2.5 -120.

We opened the total at 39 and booked sharp action earlier in the week on over 39. We went directly to 40 and, with 80 percent of the action on the over, we're currently dealing 41 on this game.

Key Injuries:

Steelers: LB Andre Frazier and RB Willie Parker have both been upgraded to probable. LB Lawrence Timmons, DE Travis Kirschke and S Ryan Clark have all been downgraded to doubtful.

Broncos - S Renaldo Hill has been upgraded to probable while DL Ryan McBean and Ryan Harris are both expected to miss.

Comments: The Steelers are struggling to cover the spread this season. They've only covered two games and  One of those covers was against the Vikings two weeks ago when the Steelers returned a Brett Favre interception 82 yards for a TD with less than a minute left in the game. Take that INT for a TD away, the Steelers are an ugly 1-6 ATS this season.

The Broncos have been pointspread gold for their backers. They're 6-1 SU and 6-1 ATS, yet still don't get the respect that teams with their record usually get. They suffered their first loss and non cover last week vs the Ravens and bettors are jumping off the Broncos bandwagon and going against them in this game.

It's perfect weather in Denver tonight. Game time temperature is expected to be in the low 50s with very little wind.

Prop of the game: Ben Roethlisberger (Steelers) total passing yards - 265.5

if you open at pitt -3ev and the majority of the money is on pitt, why would you move the line to pitt -2.5? You're telling me that because the "marketplace" is dealing with -2.5, you would actually move off the key number -3 even when the majority of the money is on pitt. What gives?

Denver beat by Raven but look at the raven playing this sunday.what will the people think?Pittsburg right?they will get on the trap. reason playing at mild high staduim is tought very hard to breath unless you get use to it. so Denver is thr best bet good luck brothers.

Love the over here. Both teams good offences and both teams banged up defense.

got it at 41 unfortunately, but I still feel they go way over.

Denver has always had a big home field advantage and this year is no different. Monday night home teams always tough due to crowd and excitement of being on National TV. Pittsburgh is not a come from behind team and if Denver gets in front early it will be a tough night for the Steelers. Take the points in a game that may go down to a field goal either way.

I think everyone is nuts for pouding the over. These are two of the best rush defenses in the league. Some dropped passes here and there and the clock is going to be running. Everyone on this site pounded the over last night and it annoyed the hell out of me. Both the cowboys and the eagles have great defenses and so does Denver and Pittsburge. Wake up people.
