Blake Edwards is an oddsmaker for Logans.com.

No. 5 Boise State (8-0, 6-2 ATS) at Louisiana Tech (3-5, 4-4 ATS)

Line/Total: We opened Boise at -20.5 and the total 50. With nearly 85 percent of the early action on Boise State, we moved to 21 and will be going to 21.5 at some point later today.  As for the total, we're booking all over action so far.  Over 90 percent of the money is on the over, we've gone from 50 to 51 based on this action.

Key Injuries: BSU - DT Michael Atkinson has been downgraded to Doubtful.  Back up QB Michael Coughlin has been upgraded to Probable.  DT JP Nisby is likely out for two more games.
La Tech - LB Brian White, RT Cudahy Harmon, CB Terry Carter, LB Adrien Cole, DB Chad Boyd, RB Daniel Porter and Phillip Livas are all listed Questionable tonight.

To say that Louisiana Tech is a little dinged up is an understatement. It’s unknown if any of these six starting players will be in the starting lineup.  The biggest injury concern is Porter, who has 640 rushing yards (5.2 yds/carry) and seven touchdowns.

Comments: BSU is first in points allowed at (13.6) and has held it last two opponents to single digits.  Louisiana Tech also has a pretty stout defense, ranking third in the WAC overall, and third in points allowed (23.8).   Boise State throttled Louisiana Tech 38-3 last season. Boise State was -24 in this matchup and the total was 57. Kellen Moore threw for 325 yards and got 11 different receivers involved. The Broncos have covered four out of five games against the Bulldogs.

Prop of Game: Kellen Moore (Boise St) Will He Throw an Interception: No (-150)

Cleveland Cavaliers (3-3,  2-4 ATS) at New York Knicks (1-4, 1-4 ATS)

Line/Total: We opened the Cavs at -8.5 and the 205. There was a sharp play this morning on the under that caused us to move total to 204, but more sharp action was bet under 204 so we're currently using 202.  Right now, we are using -8 on Cleveland.  Big decision on the side as 80 percent of the action is behind Cleveland.

Key Injuries: Cavs - F LeBron James (ankle) is probable, F Leon Powe (knee)  is out  indefinitely
Knicks -  G Nate Robinson (ankle) is out 1-2 weeks,  C Eddy Curry (calf) is out indefinitely

Comments: The Cavs already have as many home losses this season (2) than they did all of last year. We wouldn’t be surprised if New York fans give King James the royal treatment, as the Knicks are the second-leading contender, behind the Cavs, to acquire LeBron when he becomes a free agent after the season. Shaq is only averaging 7.8 rebounds per game. That’s pretty lousy considering the guy is 7-foot-1. David Lee has been brilliant so far for New York, averaging 19 points and 11rebounds a contest. The Cavs swept the season series last year, 4-0 SU but were only 2-2 ATS at the Knicks.

Prop of Game: Shaquille O’Neal (Cavs) Total Points - 12.5

San Antonio Spurs (2-2, 2-2 ATS) at Portland Trailblazers (2-3, 2-3 ATS)

Line/Total: We opened the Blazers at -3 and the total at 184.  Sharp action came in this morning on the favorite and we moved to the current number of Blazers -4.  We've booked this game dead even since going to Blazers -4.   Huge decision on the total, as 80 percent of the action is on the over.  We've gone to 185 based on that action.

Key Injuries: Spurs: None
Blazers - F LeMarcus Aldridge (shoulder) is Probable.

Comments: Blazers have already lost twice at home this year. LeMarcus Aldridge needs to do a better job at attacking the glass, as he is averaging only seven rebounds a game.  Rookie Dejuan Blair has been magnificent for the Spurs, averaging just under 10 points and 8.5 rebounds a game.  Tim Duncan's point production is starting to decrease significantly, as he is averaging just 14 points a contest.  Portland won and covered three of the four games between the squads last season.

Prop of Game: Greg Oden (Blazers) Total Rebounds: 9.5
