Cut the 25 point deficit down to 1, with 4 minutes left. Never backed down off my pick. Let's go.

Still like my Siena pick as I said in this thread. Posted it on a separate thread as my POD. They were down 25 in the first half. They're down 1 now. LET'S GO!

They had to clamp down on the 3 like I said. Allowing close to 50% isn't real. Once they tightened that up, they've been on a huge run. Lead down to 6. Remember, Iona was up by 25 in the first half.

Disappointed in the pathetic first half, but they've come out in the 2nd half very strong. Got it within 8 now.

My book shows Siena -1.5. This is still a great play. Get it in NOW and TRUST!

Others on this board are on Iona. They are wrong.
Let's look at their last matchup just about a week ago, at Iona, where Siena won by 3. Siena won by 3 while turning the ball over 23 times (vs. Iona's 9 turnovers). Doubt they'll turn the ball over 14 more times than Iona on Siena's own home court. As I mentioned above, Siena defends the three well. HUGE problem for Iona when they rely so much on it. Last game? Iona went 8-30 from deep (27%). I said above about the rebounding issue. It panned out last week; Siena won defensive rebounds 32-14. That's domination inside. Siena EASY. |

LoyChi started out blazing, went on a small drought, then picked it up and crushed for the easy +2 cover and outright win.
Today, Siena beats Iona by at least 5. Currently the line is at -1 or -1.5, depending on your book. Take SIENA -1 to the bank. Iona doesn't box out. There will be huge problems against Siena, one of the best offensive rebounding teams. Iona relies heavily on the three - which Siena defends very well with their man defense. Siena is 11-1 at home. Only loss is against Monmouth, a team better than both Siena and Iona. I capped this game at Siena -5. |

Klokis- sorry I didn't get back to you in time. PK is still a play but getting 2 points was a MONSTER play. I unloaded HUGE.

I'd take this play all day against Missouri State. Neither team is any good, but least Loy-Chi creates turnovers on defense, and shoots free throws well. Loy-Chi has some decent wins over their past month or so. Missouri State is just atrocious.
Best play of the week coming on the last day of the week. Book it! |

$$$$ play: St Bonaventure -5.5 @ Fordham
I smell a blowout. Fordham's offense is a turnover machine, and they rarely get to the line - but if they do, they're horrible FT shooters. Contrast that with Bonny - 3rd best FT shooters in the nation, good offense. Fordham has been playing like crap lately, on a 1-3 swing at home. Bonny is pumped up-they beat Saint Joseph's on the road last week. Sorry Fordham, but Posley, Adams, and Wright are too much for you. I expect a bunch of threes from Bonny and capped this game at Bonny -10. |

$$$$ Play: Northern Iowa/Drake UNDER 131.5
Current $$$ Record: 1-1 Two of the slowest-paced teams in the nation are going up against each other. Northern Iowa is literally 345th in the nation (just about dead last) in game tempo, while Drake is 294th. Both teams take their time to set up each possession and rarely toss ahead to push the floor. Each team averages roughly 18-19 seconds of possession length.Yet, Vegas is giving them almost 132 points - why? Both teams rely heavily on the three, make it at a decent rate, and Drake's defense is non-existent. Is this enough to warrant a line around 132? No. Northern Iowa's Wes Washpun is the best player on the floor. He is NI's point guard and he dictates the tempo (very slow) of the game. Off misses, he likes to pull up and set up the offense. Off offensive rebounds, he reels back and sets it up again as opposed to immediately driving or throwing a put-back - which will be huge for the under. Neither team is good at offensive rebounds, so the ball changing hands from team-to-team will be beneficial for the under; for the same reason, Drake's ugly turnover rate (20%) will be big for us. We want anything that will cause the ball to change hands without a score. Graham Woodward, Drake's PG, is a turnover machine (22%). Drake's center down low, Jacob Jensen, has no handles and the slightest bit of pressure can force a turnover (he's at 21%). Northern Iowa has a decent defense and I expect a lot of steals and a few blocks. Get the ball back in Washpun's hands and he will burn almost 19 seconds of the shot clock (on average) as they set everything up. I love it! I capped this game at 120 points, well under the line of 131.5 (even though it opened at 133). Enjoy and go big. |

William & Mary easy cash
Should be 2-0 but thanks to Richmond tomfoolery I'll have to work my way up from 1-1.. |

Head/neck injuries are usually cradled so if the line is available at -1.5 or better, I say take W&M now. No updates on Quincy yet.

I capped the game as a tie, 77-77, so I figure there is value for me in the ML at +135 or more. |
