Bradley Beal is out for weeks. Stress fracture again. Do they pull a Bulls vs Clippers and not show up or does the next man get the job done.

And I'm a Cowboys fan.
Picks for the week. Boys, Texans and my biggest play. The Skins. |

Haven't seen that from Shanahan since he got RG3. Your forgetting something. The Skins went on there run last year without their best two defensive players. The Eagles may have the worst defense in the league. They are the only team I can think of in the last 10 years that went to a 3-4 without drafting or signing one LB that could play that scheme. Neither one of their LB's can cover a TE. CB's horrible. Safeties even worst. This is an organization that doesn't have a clue and it starts with their GM. See Danny Watkins. They needed a defensive player more than anything. What do they draft. Another OL. The reason the line is at 3.5 is because Philly like NY are the two biggest cities that bet their teams. You can usually find value in that. The value is in the Skins. The Eagles can't stop the run. They can't stop the pass. They made Chad Henne look like Brady in the preseason game. They couldn't block the Jags. They looked like the fearsome foursome. When the Jets 2nd and 3rd string are better than yours. You truly stink. The Eagles stink and are a 5 win team. This game won't be close. The Skins are going to run all over them. Far as RG3. This is the perfect game for him to come back against. A team that can't rush the passer and can't stop the run. Kerrigan and Orakpo. Vick might not make it out the first game alive. Monday night. DC. Skins by 20+. Shanahan gets his revenge for when Vick embarrassed them a few years ago. This game is over by halftime. |

The word great and Andy Reid should never be used in the same sentence.
With that being said I like kc but if there was a play I would take the under. To coach in this league for 14 years i've seen better clock management for a two minute drill from my 14 year old nephew playing madden. |

The best bet on the board is the skins. This game will be blowout city. Thats the game I'm putting down a stack on.
The pigeons defense is horrible. can't think of a better matchup for Rg3 to return against. A team with no pass rush that can't stop the run. Rg won't throw the ball more than 20 times. Morris and Helu all day.

You guys supporting the players of today over the 80's and 90's would have a point. If Lebron wasn't averaging only 16-17 pts the first 3 games of the series. And if he didn't average 17 against the Mavs in 2011.
I like Lebron. He's actually my favorite player to watch. But he's not Kobe, MJ, Bird even Isiah. None of them. I've never seen a player who was the most gifted athlete on the court not show it every night. You can not look atthe stats of every single playoff game of the guys I listed and you will never find a night they just were not there. Lebron has those games. Which Lebron are you putting up against MJ. The one that played game 7 or the guy who let Jason Terry outscore him. The MJ that lost to Detroit in 89 scored 30, and in 90 that scored 31 in a game his team only scored 74. You never wondered what was wrong with Jordan. That will always be on LJ record. It can't be erased. The guy was the thrid leading scorer on his team in the 2011 finals. Jason Terry avg more than Lebron. While calling him out after game 4. "He can't guard me for 7 games." He didn't need to. Terry cooked him for 25 and 27 in game 5 and 6. I love LJ's game. I just wish he had the heart of a Kobe or MJ. If he did he would be up there for the greatest player of all time. Because he should avg 35 10 and 10. But if I'm not to believe my lying eyes. I saw a guy who's supposed to be the best player that wouldn't take a 15 foot jumper. I saw a guy being outplayed by the likes of Diaw. Those things never happened with the players I listed. Indiana taking you to seven games. The league is not stronger. It's actually weaker. Compare that Indiana team to of all teams the Knicks back in the 90's. Hibert vs Ewing. David West vs Oakley. You can't be serous. Far as the league being stronger. It's actually weaker. Thanks to the Salary cap. Your wrong on so many accounts. |

I do list for my own personal research my daily bets At this point im in the positive. You have to pick your spots. To me its all about the research. When you se which teams usually dont score in the first inning compared with picthers who don't you can out the odds in your favor. Same with the yes. It might be 50.8% for every game. But if your not betting every game that % is useless. Lets say you only bet games with 2 to 8 teams. On a no bet i would never bet st lou Colo balt bos. That changes the % from the gate. |

Really, wtf is wrong with you? And my list CLEARLY says "1&2 are interchangeable" Kobe's shooting and offensive PERFECTION puts him ahead of Michael to me Has Kobe ever won a playoff series without a big man. Just asking. because Mike won playoff series before Pippen got on the team. He never had a great big man. I think that's what most of you Kobe lovers forget. What made Mike great is that he was the best player in the league and winning at 6'6. His next best player was Pippen. No big man. Kobe barely got his team in the playoffs when he was by HIMSELF. He's got to many scratches on his record. How can you forget the game 7 against Phoenix when he refused to shoot. These are the things that separate MJ from whoever you want to go get. I can't find a game MJ didn't try to win. When he decided he had an attitude and wasn't going to shoot. When someone screwed his mom and he was so upset he couldn't focus. Big games Kobe and Lebron have come up short. Kobe lost to the Celtics. Lebron lost to the Mavericks. Six finals Six final MVP's. There is no argument. |

Just want to say thanks for your posts and daily thoughts. Your added to my must reads of the day. This is my first year betting baseball. I've learned alot from your posts.
You can become a quick learner from some of the posters around here and your one of them. Your posts have no BS and the posters also bring good info. Went from down 10k in April in the baseball contest to -500 as of last night. I started my own pool just just to track my own picks and I'm up a little over a 1000. Just wanted to say thx for taking the time to post and for your insight. Keep it up my dude. |

Chris Bosh cannot guard anyone in this series. And all you hear is who is going to guard LBJ, well guess what moron so called experts? The Pacers have two guys that the Heat can guard, so my question is who is going to guard Paul George and David West? And next year they will have three with Granger being healthy. The heat are not a team, they are a bunch of talented big headed superstars, that are finally becoming jealous of each other. Their dynasty is over before it begun, and you guys that are going to quickly talk crap, you will have nothing to say soon enough. The Pacers win this series because although the Heat are more talented, the Pacers have one thing the Heat doe not...TOUGHNESS Agree with everything you said. Except the Granger part. When he was drafted he slid because they knew he would have knee problems in his career. He has the same problem as Brandon Roy. Cartilage issues. He will never be the player he was supposed to be for a full season. He couldn't even make it a week before his knee started acting up. Just had his third surgery in three years. Good thing is he won't kill their cap like a Bargnani for two more years. He's already done that by not playing. He only has one year left and they can see what he gives them and let him go the next year. The question is what do they do with West. He's a free agent at the end of the year. I like him but I would not bring him back at the number he's getting now. Too many miles. They could do something real wild and bring in Josh Smith. Not a big fan but with Hibbert at C he would be a perfect fit. That environment in Indy could help him. I doubt he would go to a place like Indy but it would be the perfect fit for him and the team if he wants to win. If they don't bring back west they will be 12 million under the projected cap. They can sign Josh if it only takes them a mil or two over the cap. They can buy out Granger. No need to amnesty him since he only has a year left. They don't have to give George a max deal until the start of 2014. They are sitting nice. They just have to make the right move. |

It does sound like you both are making the same point. To me the line screamed Blackhawks. If you wanted the right side it was going to cost you.
I definitely agree with this. Quote Originally Posted by tonydan:

I'll take the team with the better defense. That's the reason the Packers can't beat them.
