So it seems I have asked some pretty ignorant questions, and I apologize for this. Now moving on. I keep researching this and looking more into this and for those that would ever have the same questions or maybe confused about rules for online gambling like me. I'll provide the information that seems I have found that I'm not 100% sure is accurate but seems fairly accurate. There is a large gray area in online gambling, and a lot of offshore betting sites have changed there .com to a .eu or something different so the US can't seize there domains. Some of these companies operate within there countries rules therefore they are operating legally and out of jurisdiction of the US. It isn't legal or illegal to place bets online, and here is the are some links to those that might want to see where I recieved this informaiton. https://vegasclick.com/online/legal.html And this is a rating site for websites that offer online gambling. https://www.sportsbookreview.com/ Thanks everyone for the information you have provided for me. Longhorn - Thanks man. Good luck this season, hopefully Ash can put together a good season and thump BlowU. |

Well I got rule to never bet on my team or against my team. I'll do a quick summary of Oklahoma State this year from a fans perspective. QB - Everyone brags about the trio last year throwing for 1000 yards, but I'm not impressed with Chelf or J.W. and Lunt is in Illinois now. Neither QB is real good throwers. J.W. has tons of heart and played a full game on a fractured kneecap last year. It's unfortante that the heart isn't what throws the ball. RB - Smith has been injury prone, but when healthy is a hard nose runner. Behind him is Roland that is unproven, so he could be good, but I couldn't give a fair review of him. WR - The strongest position on the offense. If Chelf or J.W. can move the ball better this year then they will be dangerous. Stewart had 1200 yards last year as a true Sophomore. Moore returns after a medical redshirt and he has real good hands. Blake "Skillet Hands" Jackson is tough when he catches the ball. After that you Hayes, great route runner and great hands, Glidden great hands and is fast, and a handful of unprovens that are said to be real good. OL - Wickline runs it and this is a position that is always strong. DE - They are all fairly new, and a couple have been moved to the end that are fairly fast. Probably going to be weak on the end this year. DT - Calvin is a beast, and is one of the top DT in the league. Castleman is also the really good. After them two it kind of drops off. LB - The most experience group on the defense. Lewis, and Lavey have been playing forever and are fairly good. After that we have kids that played last year but I couldn't give a fair assessment about them. CB - Gilbert could be red hot this year, or he could suck like last year. Hell of a player sometimes. Peterson about took over his position last year as a true freshman, so he is pretty darn good. We got a transfer from Kansas named Payton I think, and he is suppose to be alright but I don't know. Then most of the others haven't played a whole lot. S - Should be a strong position, but like CB I don't know how well they are going to do. Gary, and Lowe could be really good, and we moved Lyndell Johnson to S so we could get him on the field cause good things were happening everytime he was on the field. K - Brand New. I don't even know who is going to kick this year. New OC, Promoted DC, Stole KSU DL coach. It is going to be an interesting year for us. |

So I guess I got some questions about offshore betting. Is it legal to bet offshore? Are there any US online sportbooks sites? Thanks everyone for the help. |

Thanks Assassin, the only reason I was considering Bovada was cause of the reviews that I have been going through.

I betted with a local last year. He was kind of shady with everything that he did. This year I'm staying away from him and going to bet online and was hoping to get some good insight on everyones opinion on the best betting site. I'm looking at TopBet, GTBet, 5dimes, and Bovada. I keep looking at reviews and Bovada leads the list, but seems TopBet, or GTBets might be best for what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance. |
