I would recommend them since they did get my payout sent out to me in a fair amount of time. They do have a problem with one operator telling you one thing and another operator saying another, but in my case, it all eventually got sorted out.

Got my payout today although I'm still a little annoyed that they gave me the runaround in regards to the forms they had, but they said they "didn't have".
I might use this book again because once I got past them trying to have me resend the same document over and over again, everything went smoothly. |

I even have emails that i sent to fraud@justbet and they have told me that they received all my verification forms and documents and that nothing else is needed so i dont understand why all of a sudden when i request a payout they say documents need to be resent. It just makes me wonder if thats what all the reps there are told to do when someone requests a payout just to make the player not take their money out. And on a side note, i did speak to rob and he was totally helpful, it was the first guy i spoke to that didnt know what he was talking about. Rob told me all my info was accurate and i could request a payout once i met my rollover and that's what i'll be doing tomorrow because i just hit my rollover tonight. Thanks for taking the time to clear things up. Ill delete this post if i get my payout.

Hi shark,
My issue is not with the hold or the document request. I made my deposit over 2 weeks ago so thats not an issue here. My gripe is that ive been told several times that all my docs are up to date, but when i request a payout, im told something totally different. I dont think its a coincidence that once i request a payout, all of a sudden the docs i sent in aren't good enough anymOre? C'mon man that's just too obvious. |

Just to confirm, I was told via email and over the phone back when I made my deposit that everything had been received and there would be no problems with requesting a payout.
I’ve used Pinnacle, The Greek, Betmania, Bodog, DSI, hell I’ve even used Beted, and the customer service and the payout process with those books was never as messed up as it has been with Justbet. |

I call back this morning just to check on when I should
receive my payout and I'm told that my payout was requested for $100. I
tell her that I requested $1000 and I made it very clear the first time.
She tells me she will correct it and the money should be deducted from my
account by 2:30 my time, it is past 4 now and the money still is in my account. |

First person I talk to tells me my info is not verified and I still need
to send in the back of my credit card. I tell him that I sent all my
verification info. in about a month ago and it was received and he tells me
that he'll still request my payout even though my info isn't verified.
I call back to check on my withdrawal (because the first guy I spoke to seemed to not know what he was talking about) and this next person makes no mention of any verification issues and tells me that whoever I spoke to prior never requested my withdrawal, but that she'll do it for me. I requested $1000. |

Requested a payout from JUSTBET and they seem a little shady...
in Gaming Industry - US
They have been giving me the runaround, making every excuse to delay my payout request. They even made the "mistake" of changing my payout request from $1,000 to $100.
If I only had more room to type the situation I've been having with this shady book... |

Say they want to give our money back... how would they figure out who is owed what?

I'd rather them just give all the funds to charity or fund some type of medical research if that's the case.

If enough of us contact Mr. Rosenstein, is there a chance we will get our money back?
in Gaming Industry - US
I went to the US attorney General website and Mr. Rosenstein doesn't have a direct email or anything, so I just wanted to see how we could get in touch with him directly, if that is a possibility. I say this because I know some US attorneys have their direct contact info listed on their sites, but this one doesn't.
I'm hoping if enough of us email, the government will do what they did with the poker sites and allow the US customers to get their funds out.
I know Beted doesn't have our money, the US government does. What will they do with it since Beted is officially out of business? At least the poker sites didn't shut down, they reopened to process payouts, but Beted is an empty office now so we can't expect that. Will the US government donate the money in Beted's accounts charity or set up something where we get our money back? |

Also, I am in the same boat where I only signed up with Beted because they were so heavily advertised on Covers. Thanks for the effort Covers, I hope you guys can do right by us.

Hi Freedom,
I had exactly $1491.23 in my account, but how can we even prove what we had in our accounts if we can't even print out something showing our balances since the site is down. I keep a log of all my wagers and my daily balances, will that hold up if there is ever a time where the government decides to give us back our funds? Thanks for your help, and good luck with all your efforts.
