Penn needs to switch up training camps...plain and simple!! He needs to start working with guys who are going to push him and not be his puppets. BJ needs to get rid of the ego and understand he can't be the greatest on his own!! He will never grow as a fighter if he stays in Hawaii or with his same camp. His corner is horrible and all they are is his friends and family telling him how great he is!! Basically he does what he wants and surrounds himself with people that worship him and want to suck his cock. I didn't hear any instructions or adjustments made from his corner in-between rounds!! What's the nonsense with him not taking the stool either...i don't understand!!! It reminds me of Rocky 3!!! Rocky goes to train with Apollo to get his edge back and learn....he needs that eye of the tiger!!! I would love to seee him train with GSP....he would benefit so much from a camp like that!! |

You need to know what type of creatine you are buying and using. There are 3 main types of creatine that are usually sold at nutrition stores: Creatine Monohydrate Creatine ethyl ester Kre Alkalyn Creatine monohydrate is the most popular and familiar product with the general public. There are many different theories on how to take it (loading, cycling, etc.) but of all th creatines it is probably the most effective. The problem with creatine monohydrate is that it is not absorbed very good. Meaning most people have to take more than suggested to see the benefits. Creatine monohydrate does cause bloating and water retention in most individuals and can cause stomach pain and diarreah. Actually most of your consumed creatine is converted into creatinine before your muscle absorbs it. Medical researchers also say it can be tough on your kidneys....hence that's why they suggest cycling. But others will beg to differ. Personally i would never use it ever again. Should be taken pre and post workout (unless loading phase). So like i said it should be taken pre workout...that's why almost every pre-workout drink has a form of creatine in it. Super Pump 250, Dark Rage, Hemo Rage, Jack'd and 1MR all have creatine monohydrate. Others like N.O. Xplode have creatine ethyl ester. creatine ethyl ester is on the same lines as creatine monohydrate but not the same gains or the same level of "side effects'.
The last creatine is Kre Alkalyn. It is absorbed very well but it wont have the same gains as the others. It's more of a lean muscle builder. I always use a pre-workout with kre-alkalyn because it is safe and no water retention. |

If anything Kimbo is bad for the UFC and MMA. Just look at the taylor made match-up he had with Houston Alexander. It was boring, show cased zero skill and left the average MMA fan disappointed. I hope he gets knocked out quick so we never have to see him again.

The UFC are too shrewd to flush future revenue down the toilet imo. However, if you are backing Matt then good luck to you
How can Kimbo be the UFC's biggest PPV draw when this is his first PPV event and most likely his last? I think the intrigue of Kimbo is over and no one is really interested in this side show!! |

T3 is a hormone produced in the thyroid gland. T3 dictates your metabolism. Like testosterone, T3 levels decrease with age....hence thats why the older we get it is tougher to shed weight.

Could not be more confident in Mir - Lesnar after seeing the press conf and weigh ins
in Mixed Martial Arts I have never seen every fighter on a card look so great. Mac Danzig has never been in that shape. The same can be said about Mir who looked much more defined. Yeah GSP's elbow can't be 100%. I am suprised no one is really talking or asking him about it. I watched the press conference and didn't hear a thing. I CAN'T WAIT FELLAS!!!!! |

A gift....on the second date? You are going to scare the girl away, she is going to think you are creepy. She will pretend to like it and tell you all the right things but her and her friends will be talking and laughing about you the next day.
If anything find out what type of wine she likes. You get her a decent bottle and you open it before you go out or when you come back from your date. That means she consumes more alcohol and improves your chances for her to make a bad decision if you know what I mean.

I think Joe Smith is a free agent so those 3 will probably not play together.

I've been working on this recipe for pancakes. It's a complete breakfast but still trying to perfect the recipe.
3/4 cup of quaker oats oatmeal.
6-8 egg whites.
1 scoop of vanilla protein (i use optimum nutrition protein, mixes great, 20 grams of protein).
1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
1 tablespoon of splenda.
Combine ingredients and mix until it gets that pancake consistency. I sometimes put all ingredients in my magic bullet blender and add a banana and make banana pancakes. I will also put blueberries and a teaspoon of splenda in the magic bullet and make my own syrup.

Optimum health 4lb. bottle is around $42 a bottle. 40 grams of protein per serving you can't beat that price. Plus all the added benefits of having the time released with the whey isolate, whey concentrate, casein and egg protein. The optimum nutrition pro complex (i believe is the name) has all the above minus the casein. |
