Just came to say I like the Kings tonight, mainly due to Ingram being out. |

Not to mention the dead cap space of 31 million the Bills will have to deal with. But it was an acrimonious situation in Buffalo for both the player and the coaching staff, so it had to be done. This was the best the Bills could get for a malcontent. |

It’s like the beast was unleashed in a field of sheep.. it’s a slaughter out there right now. You're right. I was just trying to be optimistic. I've lost too much money tailing other picks. I'll have to buckle up and start capping again if I want action. |

Rotowire for injury updates is useful too. |

As far as the NFC North, I'll admit I had a soft spot for the hapless franchise. I was rooting for their success this past season. Keenan Allen to the Bears is a bit of a game changer for me. The Chargers WR coach for the past 2 years is now the WR coach for the Bears as well. Lots for me to root for over there. |

Oh, and how could I forget LB. Probably their top 1-2 as far as needs go. The practical move would be to just trade down from their coveted 5th overall pick. You could get two Day 1 starters instead of one. But when a player with the word "generational" gets tossed around as to describe them as, it's hard to pass up on MHJ if he's there. I, for one, would not. |

The Giants have invited them over for a dinner with the front office and a tour of the facilities, so there's some serious interest on their part. (Do teams do all that just to bluff?) For me, I'd love it if the Chargers stay put IF Marvin Harrison falls to them at 5. I think the only way that happens is if the Cardinals trade their pick. I'll "settle" for Nabers, which I know most people would think is blasphemous to say, only because I've read that he can be a little demanding of the ball. Nothing that would checkmark character concerns, but...give me the best all-around receiver who'd be the perfect clean slate replacement for a team that lost both Keenan and Mike Williams in the same off-season. If MHJ isn't there, but there's a trade down offer, that's my next preference. I didn't know you were an Eagles fan. I feel like there's not much to worry about with Roseman at the helm. He always seems to know what his team needs are and addresses appropriately. I'm actually kind of wondering if there's a draft day trade scenario he'll be involved in. |

I betcha they trade the #1 pick. You're going to love Keenan Allen as a Bear. Leadership in the locker room and a WR's best friend. He's a 3d down convertor. And doesn't get to play all home games on artificial turf, which is harder on the body. Me, personally, I'm gutted. But I'll move on. He was supposed to retire a Charger, but when you bring in a new front office and coaching staff, they don't have the same type of emotions/attachments tied to players. And that's probably a good thing. We went from no cap space, to quite a bit of cap space. But we still have glaring holes. I'm just not sure why we waited this long to approach Allen with the restructure or pay cut. We let too many key free agents get snatched up in the interim. |
