Received a max check yesterday, the withdrawal was initiated Dec 22. It took nearly the stated time frame of two months to receive the full $5600 (between multiple withdrawals), but they made good. If I use this site next football season I will stick to bank wire transfer. Good luck to all of you still waiting.

Thank you for providing documentation. I'm pleased to inform you that the documents were adequate for our KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements and your withdrawal verification process is now complete. You are now able to request checks to receive your payments.Unfortunately we are unable to offer bank wire as a withdrawal option at this time. We are continuously looking to add additional methods to our withdrawal selections and will update you as more become available. I had to use a different bank because the first bank I had planned on using wasnt a viable option (according to sportsbook.com)...but, apparently my backup bank (Citibank) works just fine (according to sportsbook.com). if you have ten pending checks, i am with Aniki - i would imagine that it will take close to a year to receive all your money... |

Incidentally, Thursday will be exactly 6 weeks since I requested the withdrawal. After this withdrawal, I will still have one more pending (max check withdrawal made on Dec 22nd). Will update when the money is deposited |

well hopefully we will get a fedex or ups tracking number for the delivery of the check...and hopefully the check comes in the next few days...my fear is that it will say processed for a month before receiving the check

the status of a withdrawal request that i made for $2000 now says processed (as of 5:30 p.m. EST)...i made the check withdrawal request Dec 18th after I spent an hour arguing with a Sportsbook.com representative that they were screwing me over...so hopefully I get the check in the next few days...but like I said before, I will believe it once I get the check and it clears at my bank...until then, I'm still skeptical...I will update if and when the check comes.

They said that you will receive the transfer within 10 business days or sooner, after you request it. I cancelled my $2500 check and requested a $1000 transfer, they said I should receive it in the next 10 business days or sooner. I am going to do this for the rest of the $1500. I would recommend using this before they take this option away, and if you want to get something before Christmas. I will let you guys know when I get something. This morning I cancelled my wire transfer and requested the direct cash transfer (Moneygram) instead. It still says pending...hopefully everything works out...if this method does work, it will take me over a month to get what I am owed...but it beats getting nothing at all... |

Ok, so I contacted Sportsbook.com today to inquire about the Direct Cash Transfer withdrawal option, which wasnt even an option three weeks ago...this is what I was told: An operator will be with you shortly. You are currently customer 1 in queue. An agent should be available in 0 minutes. Hello, my name is Erick Jones. I'll be assisting you today. Esquire: hi...how long do direct cash transfers take? Erick Jones: Hello Esquire Erick Jones: Please give me a moment to look into this... Esquire: ok thank you Erick Jones: It might take up to 10 business days Esquire: how does it work? Erick Jones: If you request your withdrawal via Check we can send it to be reviewed so we can send it via MoneyGram Esquire: i have had a wire transfer withdrawal request pending for over two weeks now Erick Jones: You let us know once you submit your request Erick Jones: You let us know once you submit your request Erick Jones: We process your request then we provide you a tracking number for you to retrieve your money at any MoneyGram location Erick Jones: However it only applies to requests via Check Erick Jones: Maximum $1000.00 per transaction Esquire: ok thank you Erick Jones: You're very welcome. Erick Jones: Is there anything else I can assist you with? |

Thanks in advance and I will keep you posted with my pending withdrawals status. I made a request for a wire transfer on November 21st, and it is still pending...like everyone else, I have been told that it will take 6-8 weeks...clearly I havent been waiting as long as some others to collect, but I am impatient and more importantly, I am skeptical of receiving my money at all at this point. I can tell you one thing though, I am not using a dime of the money that I have in my sportsbook.com account to place any more bets...as usual, I will update if there are any changes in my withdrawal status |
