Seriously what were you thinking person? I guess you don't realize when I say miracle I'm being sarcastic. I just mean you got really really lucky...you know that. I hope you weren't insinuating that I had $ on GB. But I AM insinuating that you think a real cool name is Carlito. You were willing to settle for Carlito1. Since someone else was already using Carlito...Lol. This is where I leave you because this game is now in my rear view window. But I'm sure you're still gonna be riding it here for at least another week. Lofl |

There is risk with any investment. Nothing is guaranteed. I am very good handicapping sports. Very good. Even though Seattle didn't cover this game, they were absolutely the correct play. Unfortunately the wrong outcome happened. The books know better than anyone which is the correct play in many games. This was one of those games. They moved the numbers in this game so clever for two weeks keeping the public so heavy on Pats, while at the same time getting the o/u to exactly 50/50. A thing of beauty. Yeah, the pats won but it took an unlikely, unbelievable "miracle" as we all saw. So for anyone who was on NE. You walked right into a trap and then walked out of it with money "if you really had real money on it" lol. In other words you don't have a fuck in clue about capping, but you can still get lucky and win 50% of the time right?

Amazing how anyone who was on pats are now pretending like they didn't just win the most lucky garbage of their guessing life. OF COURSE you run the ball from the 1 yard line. You have a time out with time to run TWO more plays if you need to. When it was 2nd down at the 1 what were you thinking then? "I'm still in this?" Hilarious...

Anyone who really knows their garbage would have known the ONLY play on this game was OSU+. The books worked hard all week to get the o/u money 50/50, while at the same time working the ats money to 60% on Oregon. I have to assume we will NEVER see a write up from you EVER. My name also speaks for its self. I've been studying and reading line movement for 12 years.
OHIO ST SPREAD +6 $1100/$1000... $$$$$$1000 Easy Hope ya followed and don't hate it right now feeling like a square... |

Oh, and their QB won the Heisman which means he'll be a bust if he makes it to the NFL. I'm on OSU+7 because over the past week the books have the public 60% on Oregon by finessing the money line, spread, and juice. While at the same time finessing the o/u line and juice to 50% making that a push. 'So if bet the o/u on this game you may as well flip a coin. But if you bet OSU, you've already won.
I thought the reason for this forum was to add sensible analogy that might give an edge to the bettor. Most of these posts are painful to read. Not all of them but allot of them are just BLA BLA BLA. I'm taking the Ducks and here is why .. Defense for the most part is reactionary. Oregon runs plays fast and they are relentless regardless if the play results in a gain or a loss. It doesn't take much to disrupt some of the young players into over thinking what's coming next. As far the Ohio win over Bama .. doesn't mean a thing. Sims isn't in the same category as Mariota. Ducks 45- Bucks 34

Ducks -6 Over 73 Only way Ohio wins is to keep the Duck offense on the sideline and not let them wear the defense down. No way to prepare for this offense. I think it is similar to the Michigan State game earlier this year, similar matchups. Would be a better game if TCU were playing Oregon, in my opinion (and I am not a TCU or Big 12 fan.)

I have been thinking about this game along the same lines as Armored Car for days now and have come up with the following conclusion. Vegas doesn't give a crap where the line should be, they aren't in the truth telling business, they are in the money making business. All they care about is getting 50% of the bettors on each side of the bet because they rake in 5%(actually 10% on all the losing bets) no matter what happens. Lots of people don't understand this and launch into strange ramblings about trap lines ect ect. If you own a cash cow you don't poke it with a sharp stick to increase your profits, hell no. Idiot books like Bovada try to increase their profits by offering bad lines and slow pay outs, they are just stupid and greedy. Maybe they are increasing their weekly profits but they are driving away their customers in the long run. Back to the Michigan game. Michigan has a sub par QB and Penn St has a pretty good freshman QB and they have been solid against the run so far. There are legitimate reasons for people to like Penn St, but as I have stated earlier Michigan is clearly superior in its past performance against good competition and with it's superior recruits, I like my chances. |
