With CK under center that 49er’s squad becomes even more dangerous offensively (true 11 on 11 football versus 10 on 11). He is a threat (has the wheels) to take one to the house on any given snap which will force the Bears to account for him with a safety... that should create a bunch of one on one match ups for Crabtree, Moss, Manningham over the top and will leave the best tight end in the league (Davis) a bunch of opportunities underneath one on one with a linebacker.
I
liked Chicago plus seven (7) with Alex Smith taking snaps, but I LOVE the Niners
at the house -3 with CK taking snaps…
Still deliberating and monitoring this opportunity… I love reading your post buddy ! 49ers at home -3 this game is going to be a BRAWL !! |

Vegas doesn't give gifts, something wrong here, Tampa hot, playing good football and the Panthers-not so much! Cam the leading rusher, not good or healthy!
Vue is on Carolina, I have to agree but its a very small play for me! |

After Arizona's surprise 4-0 start, they have dropped 5 consecutive games. This team hasn't won a game since their overtime win vs Miami on September 30th in week 4. Talk about a team needing a bye week!! These players finally had the chance to stop the bleeding and hit the reset button. As for Atlanta, its no secret how good this team is at home. But I think this is a spot where they hit the snooze button and look ahead to their division rival, the red hot Tampa Bay Bucs. I know everyone is expecting Atlanta to bounce back with a vengeance after finally getting that first loss under the belt. But I see things very very differently. I see a team limping into this game. Julio Jones is listed as probable on covers, but in watching the NFL Network, it looks like his ankle injury is a bit more serious and he is definitely listed as questionable. Further, Michael Turner is having issues with his groin (also listed as questionable), and they will probably once again be without the services of their stud middle linebacker Sean Weatherspoon. Just tell me how this Falcon team is supposed to get fired up for the Arizona Cardinals, who have just lost 5 straight. Especially after the hopes of their undefeated season were just shattered by the Saints last week. These are two teams that will be on the complete opposite sides of the motivational spectrum this week. You have a fresh and well rested Arizona team that is going to be fighting like hell to right their ship, and a beat up Atlanta team that will be just going through the motions to get the W. This game really reminds me of the game when the Raiders came into the Georgia Dome and almost won in week 6 earlier this year. Now from an X's and O's standpoint, the Cardinals match up perfectly well against the Falcons, as they have the 2nd ranked pass defense in the league. And if Julio Jones isn't a 100%, that can only help their case. Can you imagine what a change that is from playing the Saints defense to going up against the 2nd ranked pass defense in the league?? We all know about the Cardinal's offensive woes, but I think the Cardinals defense will keep them competitive on Sunday. I always worry when taking a west coast team playing during a 1:00 start time on the east coast. But here's the beauty part: Ken Whisenhunt always has his players travel on Friday so they have an extra day to adjust to the time difference. Don't forget, this is the same team that went into Gillette Stadium and beat the Patriots in week 2. For my final selling point, take a look at the final scores of Atlanta's home games this year: 27-21 Win vs Denver 30-28 Win vs Carolina 23-20 Win vs Oakland 19-13 Win vs Dallas THIS TEAM HASN'T WON A HOME GAME BY MORE THAN 6 POINTS ALL SEASON!!! Why would this Sunday be any different when the highly motivated, desperate, and well-rested Cardinals come into town? I'm taking the Cardinals, and I'm going hot and heavy with them!!! Very good work here Sammy! This line caught my eye even before I read your write up. Cardinals +9.5 GLTA on our side.

Can't believe I'm even considering betting on the Eagles but here I am again considering it! With Vick out, as stated above by Sammy_Ace maybe Reid will run the ball a lot more and control the rock?
I like the 3.5 points on the home team!!

Defense is the difference here, the Vols have none!
Vandy -2.5 Line is a little fishy here though!

No defense is what I see guys, Mountaineers will have a tough time slowing the Sooners down, IMO.
I'll lay the chalk here I think.
