It's not available in the U.S. You would have to get your doctor to switch you over to something comparable. Typically a bottle of insulin here is going to run $100 to $125 out of pocket if you don't have insurance coverage depending on the brand. |

I have had type 1 for 27 years. If you give me an idea of what kind of insulin, syringes or other meds you may need I should be able to get you ballpark figures.

I don't comment much but I get on the website everyday to look at the lines. The second thing I always look for are ApacheM's jokes. Good luck to you sir in your fight. I certainly am pulling for you.

How is the Wynn/Encore? Going to Vegas in 2 months. Only been inside the place once because we usually don't stay down towards that end of the strip. How is their sportsbook? Also is the area around New York New York and Monte Carlo torn up? I understand they are doing a project down there. Thanks in advance.

Have played on both Draftkings and Fanduel. Got tired of being stuck with a shit team for half a season if the injury bug bites. Never did much on fanduel, but had a couple nice hits on draftkings and cashed out. They refunded my original deposit back to my credit card and sent me a check for the rest. No problem at all with the check.

Lowest I remember seeing last time out was 2-4 at Riviera. I would think Hooters, Riv, I.P. and maybe even Stratosphere would be your best bets.

Another problem with Bali Hai you don't always hear mentioned is that it sits right at the end of one of McCarren's main runways so you have airplanes zinging over your head for 4 and a half hours. And I mean wave to the passengers, landing gear hasn't even gone up yet, shake the golf cart over your head. It can get to be a bit overbearing after a while. |

Stayed there in late January. Wasn't sure what to expect but the room was comped so I figured I give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised, although I took an upgrade to the red room deluxe (I think that's what they called it) so I don't know what the basic room is like but I'm sure it's fine. Definitly seemed to attract an older crowd.

Was there in early January. Spent the better part of the morning walking around and playing a few table games. High limits on games (25 min), people were very friendly. It's certainly lives up to it's boutique hotel billing. Nothing wrong with it, I just don't know if it's my cup of tea. They do have a rooftop pool area that looks very nice. We didn't actually go up and look at it, but we were staying at Aria and could see the whole thing from our window.

Nothing wrong with the Trop. Great location. I stayed there years ago when everyone said it had turned into a shithole and I had a nice room, so it can only be better now that they have remodeled. Used to have a real nice buffet. Good luck to ya. Give us a post when you get back and let us know how everything was.

The Stratosphere isn't centrally located. You are on an island down there, and it isn't exactly an area you want to be walking around at night. Having said that it's not a bad place but it doesn't have much of a book. They did run a promo during NFL season where on Sunday they held a big viewing party in the ballroom/conference center so if they did something like that for March Madness it would help. Don't know alot about Trump.

Hilton's location is a big drawback, especially if your buddies are at Monte Carlo. You can get around on the monorail but there isn't actually a station at the Hilton it's at the convention center so it's a little walk to get there. And the reviews are right, it's not the nicest rooms in the world. I don't know what your age bracket is, but you might want to check Hooters. The room rates have been dirt cheap there lately and it's close enough to the Monte Carlo that you could walk it. Only thing about Hooters is the frat house atmosphere and I honestly don't even know if they have their own book.

Most courses won't let you book more than 60 days in advance, I never really understood their reasoning on that one, but it will be cheaper than any rates they might display right now. It pays to check several different websites as well as the sites for each individual course when booking because sometimes they run specials you might not find somewhere else. For example, last year on Silverstones website if you booked specifically on their site you got golf, breakfast and a sleeve of pro v 1's for 89 bucks.

It will be plenty hot. You'll want to play in the mornings if you can, but afternoons offer much better rates. Twilight at alot of Vegas course starts at 9 or 10 in the morning because it gets so hot in the afternoons. Wolf Creek is the most amazing course I personally have ever played but it is about an hours' drive north. Locally I would recommend Badlands, Revere, any of the Paiute courses. Silverstone wasn't bad. I think Bali Hai is overpriced and overrated. Same with Desert Pines. Royal Links is a fun course if you're a British Open fan.

Usually the funeral home you are using will take care of getting the body back. They just work it into the total cost of the funeral.

Nothing in Laughlin even close to Vegas. Aquarius has a sportsbook that is a hole in the wall set up next to the keno counter. Was just there in July so unless things have changed drastically, not a whole lot to look for. At least you can still get your action down. Good luck.

I haven't been up there in a couple of years, but last time I was there moneylines were not available. It was point spreads and totals. They also offered some props on certain games. Rushing totals, passing yards, so on.
