I have Miami +225 ($100 bet) futures bet to win the chamionship. Spurs are +240 to win the series as of today.
What is the EV of hedging $100 on the Spurs vs letting my Miami bet ride?

He's getting the plays from the sidelines. The guys upstairs are calling the plays, not him.

You're probably not as good as you think in NCAA. (There's no way you're 84% long term) And you're probably not as bad as you think at NFL.
Most people underestimate variance. I suspect the same here. Long term, almost everybody that bets sports hits around 50% ats. You just haven't reached the "long term."

I would accept your offer were it a feasible one.

Seems like good value to me. Only has to win 1 out of 11 times to break even.
Does Manziel have it locked up?

Die hard Oklahoma fan here. This is a terrible match up for OU. Take the Aggies at anything under 7.
Honestly I could see A&M winning by 20+. They will score a lot. Over looks pretty good too. Like ND as well. |

Florida vs Louisville - Sugar Bowl
FSU vs N. Illinois - Orange Bowl Wisky vs Stanford - Rose Bowl Really BCS? Wisky, Louisville, FSU, and NIU have no business in the BCS. What a joke.

11 is a lot. It's either KSU or no play for me. I haven't decided.
If it drops to 10 I'm on it for sure.

They just weren't ready to play I guess and/or the pressure got to them? They probably underestimated Baylor. Or maybe Baylor just played out of their minds.
It was probably some combo of those factors. I don't know I didn't get to watch it. But the pressure should be off K state now and they have had 2 weeks to think about that loss. I think they will be highly motivated tomorrow and Texas won't. |

K state will bounce back in a big way here. They still have a bcs game to play for. What does Texas have to play for? The cotton bowl?

Feels like they want you to take the 3.5. I'm going the opposite way.

And even if they did they would be too dumb to entertain the idea. |
