Like the write ups and opinions guys, I don't follow college close enough to have a winner and why etc. but enjoy reading on the forums picks with a write up for why so thanks for that My guess is Florida loses but covers the spread |

I like Hawaii playing in first home game since the fires and already one game into the year to knock off some rust and game speed/situations hard to simulate in practices. Interested in your thoughts on SC-NC, leaning UNC due to Maye and home but also like Rattler to start off well but that's just a guess on my part haha. |

Today showed me why both teams continue to suck year after year. I had sided in the past that the NFL franchises should control who they hire for vacant positions but I have been swayed to saying there is clearly a racial factor in hiring inside the NFL. For the panthers they selected a guy to be their head coach who most recently (this season) led the colts to a 3-5-1 record and never a playoff contender. They chose him over interim coach Steve Wilks who led this team to 6-6 in his rest of season coaching tenure and had a chance at the playoffs in week 17 and 18. They also chose Reich over DeMeco Ryan, Eric Bienemy, and other successful coaches this season. Then the jets on the same day choose Nathan Hackett to be their offensive coordinator. Hackett is coming off a head coaching gig where he led the broncos to being the biggest disappointment of the NFL this year and his offense ranked 32nd, last, in the NFL overall despite having serious talent. The fact that these two coaches get to have second chances when they clearly fell very short this season over African American coaches who are having success and have sustained success for several seasons is a complete joke and a to the NFL hiring practices. It just really surprised me those guys got jobs so quickly, the season still has three weekends left! |

Jorge Masvidal definetly has a chance to upset Usman in my opinion. The guy is gonna be in great shape I expect and is motivated like crazy to kill usman if has a chance. The guy lost fights in the past but he surely is fighting the best he has fought his whole career in the UFC and Usman wants to stand and bang with him it sounds like and that is a bad idea for him to do. If he stands and trades punches he will lose by ko, if he takes him down and controls the fight its a decision victory for Usman. I think he is a smart fighter and likely winner but if he decides to stand and throw punches with Masvidal I think Masvidal will tko him. |

If the pelicans aren't trading for kuz/ingram/ball/zubac/1st round pick then idk how the knicks make a more intriguing offer than lakers or celtics can make I mean who can they even offer...knox? Kanter? Lol |

They get a huge amount of salary cap space but I really like Porzingis as a player and I think he will come back and play as good as he was before the injury so Doncic and KP duo for dallas is great potential. What I don't like is if they want to get Kemba or Kyrie then why go get dennis smith jr. who plays point guard?? I hope this works out well for the knicks but I thought KP was a batman or robin type of star and they just needed another star to play with him and knox.. |

I didn't know much about either team but listened to a preview suggesting tigers. Nebraska backcourt was better today and crowd never became a factor tonight. Sidenote: Isaac Copeland Jr. is still playing college basketball!? haha oh well win some and lose some |

I think UNC covers but the team has lost a lot. Meeks, Hicks, Jackson, and Tony Bradley are all gone and Joel Berry is out with a broken hand. With that said I believe UNC can cover the spread.

Just wondering your takes on week 17 survivor. I am taking the Jets, Broncos, or possibly SF
Thoughts: SF...hate the Rams, but SF playing for nothing and on the road, so likely not taking SF Denver...Playing KC (who actually has some weapons) and at home for a playoff spot...BUT have lost 7 of 9, and KC hung around with Cincy last weekend who was playing an important game, so maybe KC is embraacing being a spoilers Jets: Must win game, however, if Pats lose and Cincy does decide they want the #3 seed, and plays to win, I think this game becomes a tossup at best. Hesitant to make a pick that relies on the other team not trying in order to win |
