As long as Hawaii continues to allow 45% fg and 73ppg, they should not be laying heavy chalk to anyone......including a pathetic Riverside team.

Hawaii will meet a team that likes to play at the same fast pace in Nebraska Omaha tonight.

Omaha shoots the ball extremely well from the field and from the stripe.   Hawaii, despite their recent wins, has been horrendous on defense (allowing 47% over the last 5).

Omaha averages 83.5ppg on the year, a number which won't be out of reach for them tonight.

Five possessions for a porous defense like Hawaii (and sporadic ft shooting) appears to be high.

Hawaii's entire season turned around after being thrashed at Cal Poly a little over a month ago by 30 points. Hawaii held a Seniors only meeting after the game, Coach Gib Arnold benched his freshmen guards in favor of Senior Hauns Brererton, and Hawaii responded by going 7-2 since.

Don't let the previous lackluster UCSB outcome fool you. Hawaii was in a look ahead situation for this game playing against a team they had beaten before.

Cal Poly is piss poor road team at 3-11 coming for the first time to Hawaii (14-5 at home).

I fully expect Hawaii to return the favor tonite by double digits.....

Dubbed as the greatest performance ever by an opponent in Hawaii, SG Corey Hawkins of UC Davis dropped 8 of 9 from 3, 12-12 fts, scored 40 points, had 12 huge rebounds and single handedly obliterated Hawaii at Home last month.

Since that game, Hawaii has won 5 of 6, and 3 straight on the Road.

The turnaround in Hawaii is directly related to Senior Guard Brereton, who has scored 13 or points in 4 out of the last 5. Brereton didn't even play against UC Davis last month.

I guarantee Hawkins won't score 40 again.....

Brereton for Hawaii is gonna make a huge difference in this second meeting....

Hawaii appears to be sweeping or getting revenge on all their conference opponents.....I don't think it ends here...
