Because they are inconsistent as F%$K......If their good team shows up they should cover no problem....If their disinterested team shows up they will be lucky to win IMO.

Its one of the first stats I look at when looking at a game. If you'll notice a lot of the mid-major schools can shoot them....Why? Because these are the players that had to in HS. Most of the major programs get kids that jack 3's all day and dunk on kids 8 inches shorter than them in HS and their coach never has/had a reason to make them practice free throws cause they were winning games by 20+ points. That being said if I was a coach I dont care how great you are, if you cant hit 70% you'd be riding the bench.....period. Sure Shaq and D Howard may be exceptions but they could also be much better FT shooters. Remember a few years back when Popovich from San Antonio went right out and started hacking Shaq....kinda bs but if you know a guy is gonna hit 1 out of 2 on average not a bad strategy if you make 3 or four baskets in that time...turns a four point lead into an 8 point lead....
Off my soapbox (but it really pisses me off too)

I think betting anything over in a S Florida game is a mistake.....They play solid D and cant score the ball at all. Im not on that game so I dont have a dog in the fight, but I have this game at 113 so I cant touch it. Just my 2 cent. BOL

Sounds like me bro...I dont post my plays but I was 5-1 in the afternoon games yesterday......took the Weber st./Montana over last night....had about 5 other plays I really liked but laid off cause my day was too good to squander. All 5 would have been winners. Fact is though it evens out, Ive had runs like that but then lose 8 in a row. A profit for the week is a profit. Im up so guess I should be happy rather than what if'ing myself. BOL on your plays.

Personally I wouldnt lay 20.5 with the Vols against a High school team. Have you watched them play? They are so inconsistent its unbelievable. Just my opinion.

Do research...Price has been hurt past 3 games....and even though he didnt finish tonight, thats boyds blanket. Blindside tackle always is. I said at the beginning if Price plays effective , Tigers win....he did, Tigers won....FU haters

playing faves doesnt make you square. When will people realize that it is almost equal faves to dogs every year. Im an avid fave player and do quite well. You just gotta know where to pick your spots. Fading Rush long term is a bad idea.....I do know that.

Guys I see this all the time. Cincy was up 30 with less than a qtr. Lets drop back and chunk it 4 times and hope to only lose by 20. Think about the coaches, its more than players. O'brien is a very conservative coach and isnt going to risk unnecessary injuries in a blow out. The over wasnt the right side in this game when it was 44-14 I dont care what you think. They both have conference schedules to prepare for and no sense in risking injury.I'll admit I was on Cincy -7.5 and had my local said 60 was the total I woulda played over.....but when he said 62 I promised myself Id take the under anything over 60, cause I am a degenerate. That being said good luck everyone on the rest of your weekend.

Id love to get 7-10......Id consider a wager on my team. I mean hell with a decent f'n kicker we win last year with them having Cam. Dont judge too much off our 1st 2 games its not an accurate take on our team. Quote Originally Posted by Meatwadd:

PROBLEM: they haven't lost in their first 2 games and their not going to in Clemson. Auburn has the speed to match up on Defense and their 2 running backs aren't too bad either. Auburn wins this by 7-10 points, IMO.... but fade me if you want.
